NOTE:
The figure of the chart is the Max torque of the bolting, the recommended torque is 70~80% of chart figure For instance: M48, strength grade is 8.8, the torque is 3920×80%=3136N.m
2. Space Limitation
In some working conditions, the standard hydraulic torque wrenches can not fit the complex working environment. As a result, before we choose the right hydraulic torque wrenches/electric torque wrench, we also need to consider whether the standard size hydraulic torque wrenches/electric torque wrench can fit the special space.
The JHJX manufacturer suggest customers to fill the form before they purchase any torque wrench tools from them. It is very useful for avoid choosing the wrench torque wrench tools.
hydraulic torque wrenches case analysis:
According to the form by customers:
JHJX find out that the JHB model hydraulic torque wrenches can not work with the flange.
As a result, JHJX decide to stretch the bolt with socket. It helps the hydraulic torque wrenches work with the flange.
Standard hydraulic torque wrenches can not work in this special condition. Any special working condition, JHJX will adjust the plan according to the customers' date. Imitate the hydraulic wrench working. Make sure JHJX provide the right hydraulic torque wrenches/electric torque wrench for our customers.
The working conditions are complex. However, with the form provided by JHJX. JHJX will help customers use our torque wrench well-off in any working condition.
Same as Choosing the right bolt tensioner:
Every case, JHJX will provide the Animate Dimension according to the date provided by customers in order to guarantee the customers purchase the right JHJX tools (hydraulic torque wrenches, electric torque wrench, pneumatic Torque Wrench, bolt tensioner, cylinder).
3. hydraulic torque wrenches (Loosen-Tighten torque)
Note: JHJX remind customers: the loosen torque should be the 1.5times-2.5times as tighten torque.
For example; if the bolt tight torque is 3136Nm, then the lose torque should be be 3136*(1.5-2.5)=4704Nm-7840Nm
